Step inside to find 35 classic flavours and five changing specials, all made with fresh cow’s milk from the Messina farm in Victoria. Take your pick from the likes of house-made dulce de leche, top-seller salted caramel with white chocolate chips, or a more unusual mix such as pear and rhubarb. Keep an eye on the changing specials, which have included everything from cheesecake to potato chips.
Every gelato flavour is crafted with creativity, love and the best real ingredients. Quality is key and so each element is made entirely from scratch – that includes pressing mint leaves for choc mint and making candied lemons.
