Paradise Centre: We are Open

Special announcement

Shopping centres are permitted to trade under the Governments advice around organised public gatherings.  We remain fully open and trading normal hours so you can access essential products and services.  Our retailers are working hard to maintain stock levels as best they can.  Some are opening reduced hours to accommodate additional cleaning.  Some might even close temporarily, if they are unable to provide adequate customer service.    This will be acknowledged on our website.  The safety and wellbeing of our shoppers, retailers and staff is our highest priority.

We are undertaking a range of precautionary measures including additional cleaning with a focus on high traffic areas.  We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and follow the advice of the Government health authorities at this time.

Thank you for your understanding and please observe the required social distancing when visiting our centre.

We are all in this together.

Supermarkets: Working together to provide for all Australians

To all our customers,

Through  these challenging  times, the aim of every Australian supermarket  is to provide you and your family  with the food and essentials you need.

That's why collectively, we want to reassure you that your well being,  and that of our teams, will always be our priority.

Our suppliers  and teams are doing everything  possible to get as many products onto all our shelves as they can,  often  under very difficult circumstances.

So we ask you to please be considerate  in the way you shop.

We understand  your concerns,  but if you buy only what you need and stick to the product limits,  it  helps everyone,  especially the elderly and people with  disability.

There are thousands of your fellow  Australians who are working  tirelessly across our stores every day.

To them, we say thank you.

We ask that you treat these dedicated  people with the courtesy and respect they deserve.  No-one  working  or shopping  in any of our stores should experience abusive or aggressive  behaviour.

Thank you for your patience and support  as we rise to the challenge of these extraordinary times together.

Paradise Centre: Update

To our Paradise Centre visitors,

Paradise Centre remains open and operating so that we can continue serving our community.

The health and safety of our customers, retailers and staff is our number one priority. Shopping centres and Retail Precincts are currently exempt from government advice around gatherings of over 500 people, so we’re staying open to make sure you can continue to have access to essential products and services as we navigate COVID-19.

Individual store and restaurant hours may vary and change. We will keep you posted via our website and will update stores as we are informed of any changes.

We have implemented additional cleaning procedures and sanitising practices which include but are not limited to:

  • Increasing the frequency and intensity of our cleaning efforts of all commonly touched surfaces including seating, doors, vertical services and amenities.
  • Actively encouraging the practice of good hygiene and preventative measures throughout the centre.
  • Requiring all service providers to confirm they have not traveled overseas or been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

If you’re feeling unwell, we ask you to think of your community and stay home.

We are following all advice from the Federal Government, Queensland Health and the World Health Organisation and will keep you updated as new information becomes available.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you in centre soon.

Priceline Pharmacy: Pharmacy Advice

For those experience difficulty in purchasing COVID-19 related items in store, we apologise.

Please trust we are working around the clock to maintain supply of product to our stores. For the present time, we would recommend 1 per customer or 1 months supply.

To effectively manage all your prescriptions, we recommend you download and use the Priceline Pharmacy App. The App is the best way for you to pre-order your scripts and avoid wait times in store, set refill reminders and keep track of your family's health needs. Please ask for a team member assistance to activate the App.

Above all, please stay in touch with us. We are here to help you in the best way we can.

Woolworths: Introducing a dedicated shopping hour for the elderly and people with disability

Woolworths Supermarkets is introducing temporary measures across its stores to help support the shopping needs of the elderly and people with disability in the community.

From tomorrow (Tuesday 17th March) until at least Friday, Woolworths Supermarkets will be opening exclusively for the elderly and those with a disability to shop from 7am to 8am, where permitted*. The move has been prompted by the unprecedented demand in supermarkets over the past week, which has seen many elderly and vulnerable people in the community missing out on vital items they may need when they shop.

Woolworths Supermarkets will open to all customers from 8am. Access to the store prior to this time will require a relevant Government issued concession card*.
