Q: What do you like most about working in Paradise Centre?
A: Nick: It’s a tourist destination surrounded by great local businesses that all thrive to drive business for each other. Here there is a huge diversity of multicultural people.

Sofia: Surfers is the hub of the Gold Coast. Here I find so many amazing people and there are magnificent local restaurants and pubs to relax at with my work-family and friends.

Q: Has there been a highlight while working at Paradise Centre?
A: Nick: My highlight was the Celebrity Ink™ Official Opening Day event. It was massive with Radio Metro DJs, super cool entertainment acts and a massive 50% off all tattoos.

Sofia: Definitely Celebrity Ink’s big birthday party. There were great entertaining acts like a stilt walker, and one of my clients went into the draw and won a free tattoo session.

Q: What has changed over the time you have worked at Paradise Centre?
A: Nick: The centre renovations have come a long way. The place looks great now.

Sofia: The centre has driven more people into Surfers Paradise, which is great for everyone.

Q: Tell us something interesting, cool or quirky about yourself.
A: Nick: I’m a fun-loving lad originally from London. I keep a positive attitude to life and I’m the Celebrity Ink™ party host.

Sofia: Originally from Belgium, I moved to the Sunshine State 4.5 years ago. Surfers is the perfect place to express my creative mind and bubbly personality.

Q: Favourite spot to visit on the Gold Coast?
A: Nick: Salty's on Cavill or the Surfers Paradise Beer Garden.

Sofia: Tallebudgera Creek.

Q: What do you like to do on your time off?
